neither, true mirror is only real tbh camera is 2D projection and true mirror is 2 mirrors, that first is your reversed image and then its reversed and it shows you how other people see you

Yes, and also they do not show how others truly perceive you. However, miror warps are much more noticeable if they exist, and are not very often found in mirrors.

Idk i feel like i look pretty scrawny in most mirrors but irl people say that im strong and have good muscles. However, there are mirrors where i can see my true proportions and I look way stronger/proportional and that seems more in line with the energy people give me irl.

Yeah it's the angle, but also a lot of cheap mirrors have plastic and are warped. When I see myself in a proper flat mirror that's wall-mounted, my proportions look very masculine and my arms look strong, but in most mirrors my torso looks tiny and my arms look like chopsticks.

The way people treat me and the attention I get is way more in line with what I see in a proper mirror, but seeing those reflections are rare.
