Schziophrenia if unmedicated, saying this as an autist.
You're not as likely to be socially alienated but if you're unmedicated you literally can't even trust your own reality, that's gotta be just as shit.
However if anti-psychotics work for you I'd rather be schizo
I heard in some cultures the majority of schizofrenics have positive psychosis'.Experiencing a psychosis feels worse than hell

IDK what to make of this information, other than the west being shit.
Schziophrenia
My friend became schizo in his twenties, he was normal before. He now lives in his own world, constantly in and out of the psychiatric ward. When he is on meds he is like a zombie, when he is off meds he hears voices and thinks that the whole world is conspired against him including his family members and childhood friends, they are all mafia members. Over for him
Now he gets injections so right now he is not a danger to anyone, but he attacked his father before for no reason (the voices told him so).Brutal.

its scary that you could develop it...Now he gets injections so right now he is not a danger to anyone, but he attacked his father before for no reason (the voices told him so).
I am afraid if he doesn't get meds (he refuses to believe that he is mentally ill) he will kill someone or he will kill himself.
