What's more important: frame or body fat % ?

I want to reduce my body fat percentage further (I am at 18% now); but I am hesitating because I have thin wrists and ankles, which would appear even more thin if I lose more fat.

What do you advise?

Frame is much harder to improve if you're not blasting T, meanwhile losing body fat naturally is much easier

Yes it does.

A thin frame with a good muscular base still appears strong and masculine.

A thin frame with no muscles and you're basically fucked unless you have an exceptional face or are in junior high.

Hard question.
Frame is fucking useless without definition.
But definition can't save a shit frame.

I'd say Frame simply because it can't be changed easily, while losing fat is a lot easier than changing your frame without surgery.

Frame doesn't matter unless u have ridiculously bad frame
 
Are you between 10-12% bodyfat? If not, don't even think about bulking.

- unless you are literally underweight BMI

This is true no matter your frame

There is no man that is attractive at high bodyfat they just don't exist, for wrist size do dead hangs then progress to dead hang with a towel and eat enough protein, nobody sees your ankle so don't worry
