Yes even though my bideltoid is above average by 1 inch, my wrists are bellow average at 6.4 which is directly link to all my bones being not as wide and not paking as much muscle and fat on them. So even with 185cm height and good bideltoid i look smaller then a 178cm balkan 40yo boomer

I wouldn't be surprised if the correlation between wrist size and arm musculature is because it also correlates with the size of the joints, and it's not actual a direct relationship.

because I have small wrists, but my forearms were already big before I started lifting, because my joints are abnormally thick.
