Body fat percentage is for the most part a highly inaccurate number, since fat location isn’t the same for everyone, so it’s better to just go off looks

When assessing body fat you go off every area. You said its hard to judge because everyone stores it differently but different storage is irrelevant when measuring body fat.

If you diet slowly you could get to 10% without significant muscle loss. Assuming youre natural with the worry youre having of muscle loss.
