Could be 10% since you don't have a lot of muscle mass, 2 guys with the same body fat % and same frame can look completely different depending on how much muscle mass they have. A very muscular guy at 20% body fat will look leaner than a guy who is 15% body fat with no muscle mass. And that is why you will never see a muscular guy who is skinny fat.

Yes, this is exactly what I try to tell people, you don't even need to bulk unless you are too skinny to recover from your workouts and that would never happen at 15% body fat, so someone could maintain 15% while gaining muscle without ever having to bulk or cut. When you have enough muscle mass, you can see a six pack at 15% or even 20%.Yeah i was in a caloric déficit so i look like a skinny bitch,i will be on mantaining calories or a lil caloric surplus to get More muscle mass

Do a lean bulk, eat just enough calories to maintain and if you are unable to recover from your workouts, add 250 calories to your daily calorie intake. But only do this if you are already doing everything else properly.
