well try tracking your food and aiming for 2000 calories then see if you lose weight or not. if you dont then eat 1800 cals etc. depends on your weight and activity level

Avoid some medications, get enough sleep, eat a lot of protein and healthy fats and avoid added sugars, do not spike your insulin with candies,or refined sugars i would avoid almost all grains since they are processed af and eat healthy vegetables, avocados, nuts...

i thought the medications only increased ur appetite not literal fat pills. U can control your calories

250gm chicken = 600 calories
A bowl of rice = 280 calories
6 bananas = 630 calories
2 scoop whey protein= 210 calories
200 gm beef = 500 calories
4 slides of bread = 130 calories
Total = 2350 calories/day
