You got 6 months MINIMUM of leanmaxxing ahead of you. Maybe a year.

Between 25 to 30%.

Losing 1% a month with a continous largeish calorie deficit it'd take you about 1½ years to go to sixpack levels of body fat.

At half a percent per month and a moderate calorie deficit, about 3 years.
(Not recommended, the faster you do it, the less time you spend being grumpy in a caloric deficit; It's better to do it in bit over a year - with an extreme deficit you could get there in as little as 6-9 months)

You are a good candidate for newbie gains though: As you have little muscle mass, you can build some muscle while at negative calories. The missing calories will be taken from your fat storages, as long as your protein intake is about 1,6 to 2 grams per kg of body weight.
Then as you get lower and lower body fat, you will also be more muscular and not look too skinny.

I eat meat mostly but I don't move at all it's brutal
I eat lots of pizza and fast food but have irregular eating habits and fast metabolism so I’m still skinny as heck

I'd say 20-25%, i recommend you to take l-carnitine along exercise it helped me a lot with fat loss (my family think that i've been to auschwitz jfl).
