Can somebody estimate my bf% and how much i'll benefit to get leaner.

130-135 i've been trying to cut but i keep cheating it but im 5 foot 6
so...0.18*135 is ~24.5 pounds of fat, so if you eat at a 250 calorie deficit, you would have to eat around ~1900 calories per day...assuming you are doing a bit of light exercise (cardio), since you would have to lose about 8 pounds of fat and since a pound of fat is 3500 calories, 8*3500=28000 calories, 28000 / 250 = 112 days or 3-4 months.

damn if i go 1300 cals could get to 15% in a month ?
