Oooh okay, anyways i will lower my bf till they are visible,i want to get ripped.IDK my BF has always been around 12%, and my abs only show if I have worked them out to make them big enough to pop. Abs showing isn't only based on body fat % imo.
You can have 0% body fat, if you don't work on your abs, they won't show.13?? My abs should be visible lol i have shitty abs,and thanks i started working out un quarantine but i just started eating well a month ago
That's actually false, if you're 8% even with no muscle mass, you'll have abs but it's not a healthy look. Also, you don't need to train your abs directly, you just need to get really strong at squat and deadlift without using a belt. You can have 0% body fat, if you don't work on your abs, they won't show.
Your body fat could be anywhere between 10 and 15% to be honest, that is because you're skinny fat, because you have no muscle mass. You just have a skinny frame with a layer of fat on top of it. Body fat percentage can't be estimated from a picture unless you are muscular, that is because the more muscle mass you have, the leaner you will look at a higher body fat.
Lean bulking doesn't work but you never need to cut until you are muscular enough to benefit from it. This video explains it very well:

Your body fat was not 2 or 3% otherwise you would be dead. You have no idea how to properly measure your body fat. Even pro bodybuilders aren't that lean. Even if you were very skinny, you could have been anywhere around 10 and 15% body fat, and when you start lifting for the first time and you find that you gain a ton of weight, it's not all fat or muscle, in fact, most of it is lean body mass, this happens when someone is underweight, lean body mass is mostly water, glycogen and that type of stuff that you would normally have if you started at a healthy bodyweight. The same thing happened to me when I started lifting at 138 lbs at 6 foot 4.I'm 5'11 and 2 years ago, I was only 53kg and my body fat was like 2 or 3%. Yeah, It was Unhealthy af and that's why my weight is 75kg today. But back when I was 53kg, I didn't have abs. And today my body fat is like 10% and I don't have abs.
I will try to add more squats and deadlifts on my training, thanks..

My point is that just because you are skinny doesn't mean you have low body fat.it was literally my doctor who calculated my body fat. Maybe she is wrong, I will try to measure it with another doctor.
What I was trying to say is that I didn't have any visible body fat, my skinfold was insignificant and still I didn't have abs, even though my body fat was most likely around 15% as you suggested.
But let's talk about the skinniest person alive (Lizzie Velasquez), because of a rare disease she has no body fat on her body.
Would you say she have have abs? I would say her belly muscle is apparent but I don't see much definition. So yeah, having low body fat alone does not means someone will automatically have abs.

Thanks its hard asf to keep a caloric deficit for me but i'll try my best, and what the fuck Is a ECA stack? If you want to drop bf, ECA stack, lot's of protein, slight caloric deficit and lifting+cardio. Lower your deficits slowly until you plateau each week.
For bulking the same but in reverse, and roids instead of ECA.
The better your diet is dialed in the best your bulking/cutting will be, that is, the less fat you will have to get rid of.
Salbutamol, and caffeine. Its ephedrine, caffeine, aspirine, but Salbutamol, and caffeine is all you need, you lose fat faster and gain a bit of muscle or retain it better. Thanks its hard asf to keep a caloric deficit for me but i'll try my best, and what the fuck Is a ECA stack?
