Loosing bf without starving

when im at my natural bf like in i eat instinctivly and then i lean down by eating less and then start eating instinctivly again after i reached my goal bf, wont i just get back to the bf i started with?
So whats the point / is there anyway how you can sustain this bf% while eating healthy / instinctivly and giving your body what it needs
 
Calories in calories out
 
Eat in a caloric deficit and eat 5-6 small meals and count ur fucking calories u lazy subhuman
