and recessed maxilla.

I dont think I suck my cheeks either
I used to weight at lot less from crohns and am still only like 11% bf I have photos from when it was much worse.

11% is a hoax. I can tell by the fat your face holds that you are AT LEAST 15% bf if not even higher. You are way too watery and lack definition to be anywhere near sub 12% sure it was worse but that doesn’t prove anything IQcel
