first of all no orthodontic work can change your gonial angle , second you could theortically perform a counterclock wise surgery combining lefort 1 + bsso , but its expensive and high risk . A lot of stuff can go wrong and your face can be fucked for goodinteresting
do u think i would still need surgery then to reposition or could some sort of orthodontic device work
im 16
so thats why it looks like that ive noticed that beforeyour down grown and your browridge is really feminine
is that just lack of forward growthu have a very flat and convex side
yesis that just lack of forward growth
your chin is projecting , ramus is decent , nose is somewhat straightso thats why it looks like that ive noticed that before
any positives?
I am not an expert but I think it has more to do with your jaw growth pattern being pointed downwards which is why your convex looks like this , its not exactly lacking bone growth or projectionis that just lack of forward growth

isn’t my side already bad enough that its worth it to take the risk? ofc id wait until im fully done developing but seeing as there is probably going to be minimal change in the stuff we’re talking about i would be considering itfirst of all no orthodontic work can change your gonial angle , second you could theortically perform a counterclock wise surgery combining lefort 1 + bsso , but its expensive and high risk . you can if you want to have a happy life , but keep in mind these surgeries most of the time are reserved for candidates with really fucked skeletal issues and functional issues not only cosmetic , if your goal is cosmetic you have to approach with good caution since you might not be a good candidate if you don't have actual skeletal or functional issuesisn’t my side already bad enough that its worth it to take the risk? ofc id wait until im fully done developing but seeing as there is probably going to be minimal change in the stuff we’re talking about i would be considering it
