Everyone underestimates their body fat percentage, you're probably on the 20-18% side, cut down to 15% and that should give you visible abs.
There's no good tests for body fat percentage that aren't super expensive (DEXA scans).
Also please do not cut down to 10% bf, that's a bodybuilder's bf percentage DURING competition, it is not a sustainable amount of body fat percentage for long periods of time, just cut down to 15% and you'll be a lot happier.

This website is a literal miracle, it will give you the exact calories you need to take based on how active you are, your weight, height and age.
You can follow the guide to lose the amount of pounds listed, I wouldn't go beyond a 500 calorie deficit as at that point you're going to be losing muscle too.
Remember to keep your protein intake high as you don't want to lose muscle mass (multiply your bodyweight in lbs by 0.7 and that'll give you your daily protein goal.)

Sounds to me like you know exactly what to do then, an extreme deficit will have you losing around 2 pounds a week, if you feel like you don't get enough energy or you're losing musculature then dial back to a deficit of 300 calories.1400 for an extreme deficit
