nope, I do chest but it grows slowly. Still I notice more movement in it than before so I did add some muscle.

Your main goal should be to gain muscle mass (not fat) especially in your chest, lats and shoulders (idk about your legs). Keep in mind summer is coming so you dont want to be bulked up and bloated on the beach. Dont just randomly bulk up to a certain fat % and then cut, try to do a clean bulk and gain muscle mass slowly. You should eat a high protein meat diet and limit carbs so that you gain pure muscle, not fat.

My main source of protein is 4 eggs, whatever my mom cooks for dinner, 2 chicken breasts (although I haven't eaten them in a long time because I hate them) and a protein shake on gymcelling days. Is that enough? I don't want to bloat my face too much either.

Yes that is plenty of protein.

Would I be okay with cutting something out? like a protein shake? Because they're expensive and I can't always get them because i'm not working atm. Also I forgot to mention I try to eat 100g of peanut butter a day.

Yea, you can leave out the protein shake. You get well above 100g of protein without the shake and for your lean body mass that is more than enough.

You should strive for 2.2 grams of protein per kg of lean body mass. You can just follow this for now untill you have gained significant muscle mass.
