The only way to somewhat accurately estimate body fat is in post mortem. The idea that a human could estimate your body fat to any accurate extent just by looking is pretty insane. How the fuck are we gonna measure the fat imbedded in your organs with just our eyes. Forget 'body fat', it means nothing. Stop watching gregdouccete.
