id assume 17-18 percent






this is me before leanmaxxing in april jfl (vacationing makes you fat tbh)
 
looks around that, maybe a bit lower

if you do more work on your chest you'll look really good

Yeah helps my chest genetics are insane too
My bench went up 35-40 lbs in 3 months

im having a hard time getting any lower than that
maybe i need more muscle first
Tbh only cut once you have a good amount of muscle built or else you will literally look like a stick. If you want to cut just go into like a 200-300 calorie deficit and milk as much fat loss as you can, then when you plateau drop another 100-200 calories. Even if you go into a very high caloric deficit, you will eventually plateau so you will have to cut even more calories, that’s why you gotta start off slow and milk each increment

yeah i was doing 2kcal for a long time trying to do it again but with more water this time, once October comes I'm gonna maintain or do a slight bulk
