Bone age 16.2(estimated by idk what's the accurate)
Tanner stage 4
Morning height 177cm
Dad 180-182 idk mom 160cm
Got hgh treatment at 12 for 2 years ba was delayed by 2 years
Delayed puberty confirmed at 12
Next month 8mg erda, 2.5mg letro, 8mg endoxifen
What's my final expected height and ba

Bone age assessment from the X-ray:
Your self-estimate of 16.2 is in the right neighborhood. Looking at your PA view — distal radial epiphysis is partially capping the metaphysis but the physis is still clearly open, not beginning fusion yet. Distal ulna similar story, maybe slightly less mature. Phalangeal epiphyses are in various stages — distals look mostly fused, middles fusing, proximals still partially open. Metacarpal caps are present but not fused. Overall GP atlas pattern reads around 15.5-16.0 to my eye, so you might actually be slightly more delayed than you think, which is good news for you.


FAH (Bayley-Pinneau):
At BA 16.0, males are ~98% of final adult height...

crashing your E2 will negatively affect your growth and give you side effects which will put you in the disabled people's home (right where everyone on looksmax.org belongs including me)

Anastrazole? And also why not letro it's the most used in height studies in kids + is endoxifen 8mg a good idea also or what

On the protocol:
Letro 2.5mg + endoxifen 8mg is a heavy anti-E stack. That should meaningfully slow epiphyseal maturation at the distal radius and proximal phalanges where you still have open plates. At Tanner 4 with BA 15.5-16 you've still got a real window — probably 1.5-3cm of remaining natural growth that the protocol could stretch out over 12-18 months instead of it slamming shut in 6-8. Realistic ceiling with the stack is 182-184cm if you respond well and stay compliant.


The "8mg erda" — not sure what compound you're referencing there, clarify? If it's an additional estrogen modulator the stack logic changes.


Get repeat films at 6 months to track BA progression rate under the protocol. If BA advances less than 0.5 years per 6 calendar months, the stack is working.
