It's not easy for a guy in his 30s to leave everything behind and move to a foreign country without knowing a language or without a job and without any contacts but if he can. idk shit about surgery’s but you could improve your irl attractiveness substantially if you start lifting, and make sure you train your neck it’s the best guaranteed looksmax for any guy.

But i've got those 1 or 2 things i'm above 5/10 at, and I'm happy.

I'd prefer to at least get the core parts of my life, including my looks, to at least near average at the least. Just so I can say I put the effort in like.
