Side profile high MTN.
Front profile, high LTN to low MTN.
Easy to improve though so don't worry. Growing facial hair like a moustache for your philtrum would be good. You'd need surgery for your eyes and nose but could probably mitigate your NCT by squinting.

Large, disproportionate to the rest of your face from the front, looks like it's higher up than it should be which would make sense with the philtrum issue.
