You are basically at the end of ur growth, here is a graph showing how much you are expected to grow. based on the data u provided u are 4 years ahead of the curve. So if you are 16 at this point u would be 20 in the graph.

This is the average height growth per year expected, but since you already had your peak you can calculate that you are 4 years ahead of the curve. So in the curve u will likely be at 18, meaning u will grow to about 6'3
