Ur Sub 4, which is like the bottom 20%. Ur Cranium (Skull) is Way too short, even for a female that's too short of a skull. Getting an ideal skull height would be kinda risky at your part so ideally you should go about 1.29-1.30, which is still a tiny bit short but way better

Compared to ur Midface, your lower third and upper third are quite short, there doesn't seem to be any distortion since ur far away enough from the camera and your head is angled correctly

Okay I see it now, thank you. Don't think that bettering my lower third would help this case so that surgery you named is prolly the best solution.

This surgery you're talking about though the cranial lengthening surgery, is it risky? I searched it up and it just showed that they do it on infants. I'm not an infant

Weird. Well I went on a website and it said that it's generally safe so I'm content now. Will this not affect how wide my jaw is or is this where those implants come in? Zygomatics primarily.

Your fwhr is already on the narrower side, which is why i recommend zygo implants. Do double jaw surgery before implants, so you could see your maxilla widen before deciding weather to increase the width with zygo implants
