What’s my max potential after debloating

I’m about 20-23 percent bf and I’m tryna get down to 13 by summer, friend told me max is low htn

Debloating wont make a difference if your 20+ bf it will only make a noticeable difference under 15%

Yea I’ve been thinking about one for a pretty long time, I’m trying hydrocortisone for it to see if it gets better

Its mostly the tip that needs work. Midvualt/bridge already good with also seems good. You can probably get away with tipplasty which would be rather cheaper since its less work/risk.
