A nice conservative hair transplant with fut, because you are still young I assume, and staying on fin should solve the problem for the coming years. Even without ht, it will look better once it grows out again. Looks much better than if you had not shaved.

No I think my scalp is thinner than the sides, it’s something I noticed too after I shaved.
