Whats my potential height

Im 5,9, almost 13(in a week) i was told i ain growing a inch taller a while ago,my dad was 6'3 as far as i remember and my mom is 5'7 ,i have always been the tall kid but i wonder what height would i reach considering my puberty far from ending,i was like 20-25 cm shorter 3 years ago and i wasn't in puberty yet,dont know what to wait from my puberty,idk if i should get a growth plates scan or,need an advice.
