yeah definitely, do a slightly darker color then what you choosed for your hair though, you can do that with like a beard dye those are usually pretty good and cheap

it can make it feel like that if you like bleach then dye it, or like keep using dye over and over again but yeah it definitely can effect hair health so that’s something to factor in not sure exactly how it does it but I know a lot of people who constantly redye their hair makes it die and just seem frizzy and fucked up
