brother dont bulk too hard. Ur slavic , bulking is a death sentence for slavs. I can confirm. My face was way way more bloated than yours a couple years ago from a bulk. Lean is law. Your 6 foot too man. Stay lean and stop bulking. Ur 6 foot no one is going to try fight u, its all to make up for short height or male gaze that people bulk.

Other than that very sex bhai become lean i want to see the transformation.

yh i was 80 kg last summer and have been going gym but think i’ll stop bulk and cut and just stay consistent for lower fat %

yh lot of ppl told me to not do bulk/cut im just trying it once but won’t do it again cus it makes me very bloated i just do gym for mma and my coaches told me i should bulk up
