Whats my psl, and what gear should i take?

currently 41 reversed, what gear do i take to fix my shitty skin and what can i improve. do i shave my face clean or keep what i have and whats my current psl? and do i have a good base or not

Id say that youre hltn-lmtn, good base, do a clean shave, you can start taking accutane or buy tretinoin

doesnt acc have like 500 sides? i heard tret is good solo my acne isnt this bad usually i just broke out cus start of summer my skin gets better in a week

Your lips will be dry and crusty and im not sure if its true that acc stunts growth, to be honest i wouldnt do any harsh products like tret for now beacuse you dont even have that muc acne, just do basic skincare (cleanser, moisturizer, spf) and go to a dermatologic treatment every 2-3 months to get your skin cleaned
