Your lower third is shorter than mid and upper third, making you look very blocky like Steve. You need genioplasty that lengthens your chin so is at least 2.5 philtrum ratio.
Right now you’re a solid 3.5/10 with potential of a 5.7/10 with a leaner face and thicker neck. I don’t know how you feel about your nose but if is an insecurity of yours then making it look better with a rhinoplasty might be worth it, but not that bad so is up to you how far you want to take your looksmaxxing. Ideally you want to fix your worst flaw first, and make it into your best feature, your worst flaw is your chin.
