on the second pic lmtn, the last pic hmtn. Do you use something for fuller lips? If the answer is yes, stop using it. Fix your redness by using azelaic acid and whiten your sclera by using eyedrops.

No i was born with big lips😭 appreciate the tips!! these are around 1month ago since then i have started eye drops and tinted sunscreen, will post a update soon

Will post a update soon, pics are around 1month ago, appreciate the tips🙏 on god my lips are genuinly just that huge😂 started mt2 1week ago and accutane and made my Eyebrows and eyelashes darker and started using tinted sunscreen I will go and buy eyedrops tomorrow!! Will make a update in a few weeks I hope you respond Cuz you are honest, can i reach hhtn?

Amazing. I am 90 kilograms or 198 pounds, but I can only flat barbell bench press 105 kilograms or 231.4 pounds. You are using equipment and a big arch, so that probably adds 10 percent more to your flat barbell bench press.

Your numbers are elite. You must be pharmacologically enhanced. Adding 20 kilograms to your bench press in 3 months is not possible as an already advanced lifter.

It absolutely is possible i have added 20kg in 1 month before many times so it is with a good program. Yes i am using wraps because of Elbow pain adds around 5kg when lightly wrapped and yes my arch is a little big in that vid, i have done 205kg raw comp standar lift a few weeks ago so yes it helps a little, I sent a vid of me doing 200 comfortably so obviously 20kg in 3months is very possible with good program and genetics

I am currently doing 5 10 10 20 by Steve Shaw. It is a bodybuilding style program.

What do you mean by "genetics"? What does that have anything to do with this?

Genetics play a big role in CNS recovery and muscle fiber type and such so genetics help alot if everything else is locked in, may i ask how that program works? Have not heard of that one

No im just born with way to big lips😭 they look a little smaller IRL but not alot
hmm im wondering if you could use Hydrocortisone 1% to make them less thick when you need to go out, ive seen people do this with their nose

It works by progressively overloading through gaining skeletal muscle with bodybuilding. Here is how it works:

You start the program by picking a weight that is 55 percent of your one rep max.

Set 1 : 5 reps with 55 percent.

Set 2 : 10 reps with 55 percent.

Set 3 : 10 reps with 55 percent.

Set 4 : 20 reps if possible with 55 percent.

If you complete all 20 reps, you increase the weight by 2.5 kilograms or 5 kilograms in your next training session after you recover. If you fail to complete 20 reps on set 4, keep coming back and trying to achieve 20 reps until you achieve them.

I see, well that would just be way more endurance really and causong unnecesseary fatigue, search up smolov JR program and type your 1RPM on the Calc with 5kg increment, then do what it says every other day then 3 days after the last day go for a PR I promise you if you do it and lock in you will get 10kg+ PR in 4weeks, be carefull and if you can do it paused repped

Dont overcomplicate it, sleep,train and eat good but remember carbs are important As shit. but train till failure with correct form and train as heavy as you can while maintaing good form and aiming for 5-8reps to failure ish then and I never do more then 2 sets per exercise to get the best recovery possible and get a better stimulus to fatigue ratio, and if you do it like that you Can train a little more often, and I also usually dont do more then 2 exercises per muscle group per day😉🫡

lmtn pretty sure ur lips look bad cuz ur chins recessed cant really see well tho
