How do I ascend other than losing weight like 26-28% body fat

mtn could go further a bit. idk if its just me because of the freckles but skin looks uneven correct me if im wrong. shape your eyebrows especially from lower side and reduce your face fat and get some hair products cause your hair looks frizzy
