Rhino would fix most of his issues, if it doesn’t a lefort III would be a more effective approach to it, facially isn’t LTN, he’s Lmtn mmtn was overrated.

With mandibular and zygo implants it might somewhat save his midface, but would have the consequence of messing up his ipd as well as most likely looking uncanny, large implants are high risk after all.
