Whats my rating? And how can i improve?

Im 16 and around 6 ft and this is what i look like currently, ive planned with a surgeon for double jaw surgery at 18 for my underbite and a rhino for my nose , is there anything else i could do to max out my looks? And what do you guys think my rating would be after all that

Im also currently on growth hormone im taking around 3 ius a day ( prescribed )

If you actually want more bone density and development in height you'd need to run doses way higher than 3iu. If you wanted meaningful development I'd say at least a minimum of 7 iu

do you know any sites I could get genotropin from? Its the one im currently using , if i could buy more i can use more doses since im getting the gh currently for free since its prescribed but i cant use more than 3 iu, so if i buy more i can use 7
