Lol dont listen to people who think roiding magically fixes things. Short lower third is usually caused by deep bite or short face syndrome, which would either need braces or jaw surgery. Go to an orthodontist and get an xray then come back

ive been thinking on getting braces becuase my teeth are actual dog shit but im worried it will cause recession

it won't cause recession unless you get teeth taken out (wisdom teeth can be taken out, it's fine.)

i do hard chew a lot which flexes my facial muscles so i might but with my teeth they are far apart so would it cause my face to become more narrow overtime because of braces or invisiline
