If you fix the nose (warning: rhino is insanely difficult to pull off correctly) probably LHTN. Jaw isn't that recessed. Strong appeal.

Also, focal length of the camera should be 50 mm (not the phone camera) to assess whether your nose is legitimately too wide vs. not. I would just chill, appealmax, and focus on reducing any inflammation as well. You will also naturally lose facial fat over time, so don't worry about that either.

I’ve been in the gym working on my physique and losing fat. I was recommended hydrocortisone for the nose I’m gonna try the tablets. I want to have more appeal than psl rn.
