Look into Otosticks for your flared ears. Look into retinoids for the skin.

Start chewing harder foods for masseter hypertrophy and a wider jaw (don't overdo it).

Grow the hair on the sides to hide your unideal FWHR

Train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw.
