Come again and ask when ur 20 till then clear up ur acne with peroxide or tretinoin, grow out ur hair, eat at least 100% of ur calcium, magnesium, zinc as well as Vitamin K rdi (red meat, leafy greens, nuts, milk) supplement Vitamin D, eat 2g of protein per kg bw, 1.5g of fats / kg bw (sources could be nuts, butter and cooking oil in general, fatty fish like salmon, eggs) eat at maintenance or a slight calorie surplus -> hit the gym, high frequency low volume split = calculate ur tdee (maintenance calories) and eat 2/300 calories over that number
