How can I do this? I’m not really prone to carrying fat anyway; I usually stay around 12-13% body fat. Is there anything you can suggest?

Grow your hair out, do even out upper third of your head. Keep growing ur hair and get tapers if you want (leaving hair on top). Look for textured fringe or middle part
