Nah no natural, chin projection is a nice genioplasty

Your maxilla is not recessed so no bimax and you have a good gonial angle

Fat grafts are actually pretty cheap compared to other procedures tbh, im gonna fat graft in the future too, they cost like 1-5k depending on surgeon and procedure
