No I havent been socially conditioned now you are assuming. If I had been I wouldnt have no job and spend almost all day online.

Just do whatever you feel like doing (start by small steps, it's all subjective and you might feel like what i am about to say is stupid), i started by doing this in online classes: before i used to be like "noooo i can't skip the days where i have an oral test or a test!!!
