They’re charging him with three flavors of first degree murder and a weapons violation. The most elite Jewish lawyers on earth would have a hard time getting anything but the weapons charge to stick with the video evidence that’s floating around rn.

The other two are shot at close range in the video, one fatally (Skate bro) and another at the loss of his arm (dude with pistol).
