Sunbed is better

Start at 4 minutes and add 2 minutes every week until you reach what your skin needs to reach peak tan

If you want to look prime take Mt2 also

I did not get any moles from using it for 8 months straight now. Your experience may differ.

I maintain a fairly ideal skin tone with just 3mg mt2 a week and 6 minutes sunbed every fortnight.
