at 5'8 and higher, even if you work out to become buff, your body doesn't seem stout.

at 5'7 and below, with long hair/bulky muscles, you look very stout no matter what

Depends where you live. In the US and UK, France, etc, where the average is 175 I would say 169 and under, but Norway where I’m from where average is 180, I would say 174 and under
