Do i need upper blepheroplasty and brow lift? There is just to much skin on the upper eylid, and downturned lateral fat pads.

I have the same negative hooding as you (but with slight PCT) and same eyebrows

I am afraid both of these operations would feminise the face so maybe better keep it as is

With my eye region and the success on dating market, i have absolutely nothing to loose. Even if i would look worse after surgery, nothing would change on my life situation. So i dont care.
