Is your nose or philtrum too short? Philtrum can be lengthen a bit with downgrafted lf1, especially if it's curved and you have a short smile. Nose would be more difficult

How did you get out of it?

It took me 2-3 years but i literally just did all the redpilled advice like losing weight getting friends etc. But the biggest part was problaby when i met the first girl who made me feel like i was a human being. Previous to meeting her i was scared of women and had only ever been disrespected by them. She fixed all of it even though we were just friends. How i was always disrespected and ignored by the opposite gender was a big part of me being suicidal but i also had no real friends at all.

Yeah I read somewhere here that downgraftwd lf2 would make the skull taller in the way I want, but the soft tissue might not follow that way
