what’s surgeries should i get

i’m 16, good eye area high set wide prominent zygos, good under eye support, my main failos are the mouth down. i have a slightly recessed chin and a narrow jaw along with a lot of bite issues, i went to the orthodontist and they refused to expand so now im stuck, im considering flying to turkey to have giant implants work on me, what should i get.
