You guys dont have idea of how much of a looksmin that is. I have this for the past 1 year. I cant smile, talk or kiss normally. It changes everytime the problem. I already tried everything.
First i thought it was because of braces but i toke them off and it still exists,
-started drinking water,
-avoiding food to see if i was allergic,
-stopped using toothpaste to see if was allergy,
-tried lipbalm (most of this shit has mineral oil or menthol that just makes it worse),
-vaseline,
-bepantol,
-cica-lips,
-stopped licking the lips
-didnt mouth breathed for even a second for the past months,
-also tried to see if it was some defficiency like b2/b3 (flour, refined carbs and alcohol cause this shit, also tried eating eggs, leafy greens, cheese, fish, nuts all day), omega 3 defficiency (tried cod oil), zinc (seafood) and vitamin d defficiency (cod oil and sun)
-Went to 3 doctors all said it was different types of eczema and gave me some creams ( topical corticosteroid and almond hipoglos) but i dont want to get dependent of that shit for the rest of my life.
But this shit wont go away. It go sometimes for 3 days and then go back in different ways as you can see by the images. The interior of the mouth is completely normal
If you have any idea or had a simillar experience plz help
