Maxilla. Shitty maxilla development can fuck up your entire face- eye area (negative canthal tilt, bug eyes/undereye hollowing) midface (long midface and uneven facial thirds, hooked/large nose) lower third (narrow palate, narrow or recessed mandible)

Also noticeably close set or far set eyes as another user mentioned. You can change IPD surgically with orbital box osteotomy but it’s a rare and expensive surgery that almost never gets done for cosmetic reasons
