what’s the absolute best retinoid for skin quality, tretinoin?

So I’m planning on buying retinoids for skin quality, my skin has been trash recently and I notice a few pimples forming

Should I go tretinoin?I don’t have acne, I’ve never had acne, the worst I’ve ever had was a eczema break out all over my face.


Some help would be nice

Tretinoin is goated, start with 0.025% and to sandwiche method.
Wash your face with a gentle non striping cleanser, I use the toleriane one from la roche pussy.

ONLY USE TRET AT NIGHT.

Pat with towel
Wait 2-3 mins for face to dry apply moisturizer.

Wait then 20-30 mins for all the water and moisture to dry. ( Having a wet face is making the tret to go deeper into the skin and can create bad skin burns bra and it hurts like shit)

Apply like a pea size on your finger and make little spots all over your face after that rub it gently. ( You can add a bit more if U miss a spot but just a tiny bit )

Wait another 15-20 mins applying moisturizer.
Try finding a good moisturizer for you, I use something from the ordinary

Use it in the first 2 weeks 1-2x times no more than that e.g: use monday next Thursday or sum ( search online for the cycle)

SPAM THE SHIT OUT OF MOISTURIZER AND SPF 50+++ IN THE MORNINGS or you will turn red like a tomato and your face will sting like 1000 bees.
Get a sun stick and a cream or just get anything that goes with u.

I don’t really do skincare I just do fuckall with my skin, I have a lot of black heads on my nose.
Usually if I just leave my skin alone it clears out, I’ll follow this advice though.

U can combine it with azelaic acid but I didn't went into that to tell you how u should do it, so u must do your own research.

Tretinoid is a prescription cream, only way for you is indiamart or another source.

Also is very concerning that u have 1.7k posts and you don't know the basics. Please ascend and forget this is for your own good

Stay away from Cerave Cetaphil please.
I personally Dodge creams cleanser any other shit that have parfumes in it js cus it can irritate my skin, and since I use tret I really don't need that. I can tell you exactly what I use if helps

I doubt it’s stress, my diet hasn’t changed much either

I’ve been using water only, I’m gonna try treat start out at 0.025 and work from there.

Tocobo Cotton Soft Sun Stick SPF50+ PA++++. ( I use this specific spf because it has a matte finish, but there might be better spf that are also moisturizing and will.help with tret, you can try those but they have a oily finish tho I'm not sure )

I remembered, in nights where u ain't using tret use zinc cream, Cicaplast or Cicalfate+ so they will keep the barrier intact and to repair it, spoiler is not a moisturizer is a repairing cream
Zinc cream is good but for me Cicaplast had more effect and cicalfate+ is the same I think is js cheaper
