One thing I’ve noticed is that negative affirmations can fuck you so badly. Last year it was my first day at uni. Was calm but didn’t really talk to anyone and thought to myself well I have time to make friends im sure it will happen.
I knew about org and was deep into fraudmaxxing and doing retarded shit. So I had fucking super obvious makeup on that was cakey, legit sharpie eyebrows, obvious eyeliner, sharpie beard. Extremely long unkept hair and I thought it mogged. I was delusional. Every male around me probability thought I was some ND retard. After months of uni passed by I made no friends and then realized along the way the issues I had. It was awful. I was in a horrible mental spot to the point where I didn’t even go to class and just was severely depressed about my looks. From that point I picked myself up, took a deep look into my situation and made a full scale plan.
Fixed my obvious retarded failos and stopped doing autistic obvious makeup, hopped on Vyvanse and became super productive with everything, keep my entire house and life much more clean and organized. Now I feel generally more at ease but the pain from social isolation is always lingering. I still feel incredibly purposeless sometimes.
The plan is I genuinely want to go back to uni and hit it off like crazy. Just try to connect with as many people as possible and leave first day with a shit ton of contacts, hangouts planned, chill all day after school until night time. The shit u see in the movies. Otherwise it’s so easy to fall straight back in the negative feedback loop of not talking the first day then just isolating for the rest of the year because you think it’s over. These should legit be my prime years for enjoyment.
I’m not ugly either. I’m in the low mtn area. I will link a post with pics of me below.

My uni is in Toronto and it’s a commuter school. So people come by train usually and leave by train and it’s obviously a big city area.
If anyone has tips that would be great cause idek where to start. Do I just join all the clubs and shit and talk to everyone? I’m fucking worried about living the same life as last year which was hell.
